Terms and conditions for creating a warranty ticket

To create a warranty ticket, you must accept the following terms and conditions:
  • You must attach a copy of the proof of purchase from your authorized Libratone dealer
  • The warranty does not cover consumables or misuse of the product.
  • If the conditions of warranty are not met or the proof of purchase is missing, the ticket will be converted to a quote for repair.
  • Shipping damages are only covered if the product is wrapped carefully and placed in a box. (For LOUNGE only use original shipping box).
